HELP US TO HELP YOU
One of the things that we
always emphasise is that the consumers should help
themselves. There are some occasions where you help
yourself by helping your representatives. The Consumers’
Association has received the following two appeals for
consumer action.
Spam survey
European Research into
Consumer Affairs is running a spam survey on its website
starting Wednesday, 8 October for the Transatlantic
Consumer Dialogue.
The results of the survey will
be announced to senior officials from OECD governments and
representatives of the international press in February
2004.
To inform its work, we need to
know your attitudes, concerns, ideas and problems
regarding Spam email. Please take three minutes to fill
