TRIBUNAL DECISIONS

This section provides for various tribunal decisions that were decided upon claims by consumers in Malta. Such claims resulted mainly on issues concerning travel bookings, the purchase of goods as well as overcharging of bills. In most cases, the consumers were given refund ranging from Lm11.04 to Lm780. Other tribunal decisions were decided which however, are not yet available on this website.
