A New Policy on Basic Services

The Consumers’ Association recently discussed the subject of Basic Services and adopted a new policy [link to policy].  It should be remembered that one of the Consumers’ rights deals with basic services – Every consumer has a right to basic services.  Basic services are an essential ingredient of our daily life.  They provide us with an infrastructure without which we either cannot live or else our life would be miserable and we would find ourselves emarginated even from society.
